Makhana 2 cups, ghee 1 teaspoon, finely chopped onion 1/4 cup, finely chopped tomato 1/4 cup, finely chopped green chillies 1, finely chopped green coriander 2 teaspoons, roasted peanuts 2 teaspoons, chaat masala 1 teaspoon, black salt 1/2 teaspoon, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, doddy 1 teaspoon, doddy 2-3 teaspoon


Method of making makhana chaat



  • First step: Heat ghee in a pan. Add the makhana to it and fry it on low flame till it becomes crisp. Remove the makhanas in a plate and let it cool. Take roasted makhane in a big bowl

  • Second step: Now, add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander. After that add chaat masala, black salt and lemon juice and mix well.

  • Third step: Now, you can also add a little roasted peanut tamarind chutney to it, which will further enhance its taste. Your delicious and healthy makhana chaat is ready! Serve it immediately so that the makhane remains crisp.
