According to Jellie, her two biggest weapons in losing weight were simply walking and running. Yes, initially he lost about 70 pounds i.e. 31 kg. For this, he used to walk and run two to three miles every day, four to six days a week. This made weight loss easier. After a long time of hard work, he has lost about 90 kg of weight, due to which he now feels more fit and active.
