Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka on Thursday has signed a new long-term deal with the Premier League leader until 2031.


Saka, who has been with the club since 2008, has been a key member of Mikel Arteta’s side which remains on course for a quadruple.


The 24-year-old has eight goals and five assists across competitions this campaign, with Arsenal leading the Premier League, and securing its berths in the Champions League Round of 16, FA Cup fifth round and the League Cup final.

However, Arsenal has struggled for form in the league in recent outings with the North London club claiming just 10 points from the last seven matches.


Saka’s form has been wavering in recent months with the winger scoring his first goal in 15 matches in the 2-2 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday.


In eight full seasons with the Gunners, Saka has scored 79 goals in 297 appearances.
