Primark has confirmed it will open a massive new UK store this month. The store, scheduled to open its doors to customers on March 25, joins Primark's network of over 190 stores nationwide. The massive new branch will stock a wide range across different departments, including womenswear, menswear, kidswear, beauty and homeware.

The retailer's signature blue signage was seen being installed across the shopfront, in time for the launch awaited since its tease in 2023. And now, eager customers have just two weeks until they can roam and shop at the huge 44,000-square-foot store.

The new branch will take over a former House of Fraser store at the Ashley Centre in Epsom. It comes as the site had sat empty since its former occupant moved out in June 2022, reports the Sun.

Locals can expect an exciting launch day, with Primark confirming that there will be a live DJ as the store welcomes its first customers towards the end of the month.

The new store was first teased in 2023, and work on the two-level store has been going on behind the scenes for months.

It is hoped that the new store will attract new people to the area, boost footfall, and create dozens of new jobs for the local community.

Primark has also confirmed that its Click & Collect service will be available at the new Epsom branch, allowing customers to select their favourite and "must-have" items online and pick them up in-store.

Will Greenland, assistant centre manager at the Ashley Centre, previously said: "Primark's arrival will not only bring a fantastic new retail offer to Epsom, but it will create new job opportunities, increase footfall, and further elevate the centre's role as a prime shopping destination in the community."
