Semolina curd cheela: Making cheela for breakfast can prove to be a good option because this quick dish not only tastes good but can also prove to be beneficial for health. For your information, let us tell you that to make Semolina Curd Cheela, you will need 2 cups semolina, one and a half cup curd, one big onion finely chopped, one big tomato finely chopped, half teaspoon garlic-ginger paste, 6 curry leaves, half teaspoon garam masala powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, half teaspoon meat masala powder, 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, salt, one cup water, finely chopped coriander and Oil will be needed.


Step 1- First of all, take semolina, curd and water in a bowl and mix them well. You have to cover this solution and leave it for about 30 minutes.


Second step- After half an hour you have to add salt, soda and water in this solution. After this heat the pan.


Third step- Spread oil well on the pan. After this, spread the mixture of semolina and curd on the pan.


Fourth Step- Add chopped onion, tomato and roasted peanuts over it and cover the cheela for 2 minutes.


Fifth Step- Don’t forget to slow down the flame. After 2 minutes, turn the cheela and cover its other side also and cook it.


Sixth Step- When the cheela is cooked well from both the sides, then you can serve it.


Semolina curd cheela is ready to serve in just 15 to 20 minutes. From children to adults, everyone will like the taste of nutrient-rich semolina and dahi cheela.
