Patna. After ruling Bihar for almost two decades, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has submitted his resignation to the Governor. After his resignation, he very politely gave an emotional message to the people of Bihar through social media.
In his message, referring to the first NDA government formed on November 24, 2005, he said that since then the rule of law was established in the state and continuous development work was done. He said that the government has worked equally for every section – Hindu, Muslim, upper class, backward, extremely backward, Dalit and Mahadalit. Remarkable progress has been made in every sector like education, health, roads, electricity and agriculture, and many important schemes were also launched for women and youth.
Nitish Kumar said that development has been given more momentum in recent years. ‘Saat Nishchay-3’ plan has been prepared for 2025 to 2030, which will give a new impetus to the development of Bihar. He also said that the state is getting full support from the Central Government and expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this.
He further said that he has served Bihar for a long time and had already decided that now he will step down from the post of Chief Minister. In this sequence, after the cabinet meeting, the resignation was submitted to the Governor. Now the new government will take charge of the state, which will get their full support and guidance.
In the end he expressed confidence that Bihar will progress rapidly, will be included among the leading states of the country and will play an important role in national development.
