Nutritionist Paridhi has shared the recipe of healthy pasta on social media, which she often prepares and eats. She says that it takes only 15 minutes to make it. The most important thing is that you can prepare a healthy pasta with less ingredients. Which is wonderful for health.
Spaghetti (or any pasta)
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
1 small white onion (sliced into thin slices)
4 to 5 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
a handful of baby spinach
oregano
salt as per taste
black pepper
feta cheese for topping
First of all, boil water in a big vessel and add some salt to it and boil the pasta as per the instructions given on the packet. After boiling, filter the pasta and keep it aside and apply olive oil on top. Now take a pan and add olive oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, lightly fry finely chopped garlic and onion in it. Garlic is a star ingredient in this. So don't forget to add it.
Now add cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper and oregano and cook. When the tomatoes are cooked well, add spinach to it and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add boiled pasta to it and mix everything well. Add feta cheese on top and serve hot.
Nutritionists say that this recipe is rich in fiber and healthy fats, hence it is very beneficial for the body. When their body has got enough protein, then they eat this dish. If you want to add more protein to it, you can add grilled chicken, paneer or tofu separately with similar spices.
