Barcelona have reportedly been given a surprising opportunity in the transfer market after Victor Osimhen’s name emerged as a potential candidate to strengthen their attack.

As per SPORT, intermediaries recently offered the Galatasaray striker to Barcelona, putting one of Europe’s most in-demand centre-forwards within their reach.

Despite the Nigerian forward’s established reputation and consistent goal-scoring record, Barcelona are not planning to deviate from their current transfer approach.

The Catalan club continues to adhere to the strategy that was mapped out months ago, which centres around a different attacking target altogether.

Osimhen remains among the most respected strikers globally and has long attracted interest from several top clubs across Europe, including Barcelona.

Sources indicate that the proposal to bring the prolific Galatasaray forward to Camp Nou was conveyed through third parties. There is no questioning Osimhen’s quality among the Blaugrana hierarchy.
