Two officers of the Indian Administrative Service have been transferred (IAS Transfer) in Tripura. At the same time, the Appointment Committee of the Central Government Cabinet has changed the charge of one IAS officer. The order to transfer and posting has been issued by the ACC and the General Administrative (Personnel and Training) Department of the Government of Tripura on June 29. Some officers have also been assigned additional charges.

The Central Government has appointed Manoj Joshi, a batch 1992 IAS officer, as Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, with immediate effect till July 13, 2026, during the period on leave of batch 1992 IAS officer Rajat Kumar. Besides, he has also been given the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Fertilizer Department.

Tripura IAS transferred

Tripura government has appointed batch 2010 IAS officer Vikas Singh as Secretary to the Government after his return from Central Deputation. Apart from this, he has also been given additional charge of Planning (including Statistics) Department. IAS officer Geete Kirankumar Dinkarrao has been relieved of the charge of Health and FW etc. Planning (including Statistics) Department. The order has been issued in the name of the Governor.

Let us tell you that last week he was given the additional charge of the Department of Public Works (except DWS). Prashant Kumar Goyal has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, PWD (except DWS) and Finance (except Small Savings, GI and IF) Departments and PWD (except DWS).
