Prayagraj. The Council of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh has started the process of application for individual candidates for the High School and Intermediate examination for the year 2027.

Individual candidates appearing in the examination will have to submit their application form to the Principal of the concerned forwarding center by 5th August 2026. This information was given by Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council Secretary Bhagwati Singh on Saturday.

He informed that a timetable has been issued for receiving the application forms of individual candidates and depositing the examination fees.

He said that the candidates should complete the application process on time keeping in mind the scheduled dates, so that they do not face any problem later.

This much exam fee will have to be paid
According to the fee details released by the Council, the high school examination fee for individual candidates is Rs 700, forwarding fee is Rs 1.50 and other prescribed fees are Rs 5. A total of Rs 706 will be deposited. The total fee for the examination of one high school subject is fixed at Rs 206.

Similarly, the fee for intermediate examination is Rs 800. Including other fees, a total of Rs 806 will have to be deposited. The total fee for the examination of one subject of Intermediate has been fixed at Rs 206.

Opportunity to deposit fees till 10th August
According to the released timetable, the Principal of Agrasaran Center will have to deposit the examination fees received from individual candidates in the treasury through a lump sum challan by August 10, 2026.

After this, the examination fee and educational details to the candidates will have to be uploaded online on the Council’s website by 12 midnight on 16th August.

Candidates applying after August 10 have been given the opportunity to deposit the examination fee with a late fee of Rs 100. The last date for this is 16th August.

Information about deposit fee along with late fee and details of candidates can be uploaded online till 12 midnight of 20th August 2026.

Verification of details will take place from 21st to 31st August
The details of the candidates uploaded on the website will be verified by the Principal of Agrasaran Center from 21st to 31st August. Name, parents name, date of birth, gender, subject and photo etc. will be matched.

If there is a need for amendment in the details of any candidate then the amendment can be done from 1st to 10th September 2026. It has been clarified by the Council that after this no amendments of any kind will be accepted on the website.

Secretary Bhagwati Singh said that utmost care is being taken in checking the educational details of the candidates and in the application process.

He said that the principals of schools and Agsarana centers should ensure that the names, dates of birth, subjects and other details of the candidates are entered correctly, so that there is no problem in the examination and further process.

According to the Council, the process of sending the photo roll and a copy of the treasury sheet to the regional offices of the Council will also have to be completed by 30 September 2026.
